We offer a wide variety of inflatable rentals, including bounce houses, water slides, combo units, obstacle courses, and interactive games. We have options for both wet and dry fun!
2. Do you deliver to Lakeland, FL, and surrounding areas?
Yes, we provide delivery and setup services throughout Lakeland, FL, and surrounding areas. We offer convenient service to nearby towns like Winter Haven, Plant City, and Auburndale.
3. How far in advance should I book my inflatable rental?
We recommend booking your inflatable at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (summer and holidays). However, feel free to contact us for last-minute availability.
4. What is included with my rental?
Each rental comes with the inflatable of your choice, delivery, setup, and takedown. We also provide safety instructions and ensure everything is in working order before the event.
5. Are the inflatables safe for children?
Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. All of our inflatables are inspected regularly and meet safety standards. We also provide detailed instructions for safe use during the rental period.
6. Can I rent a bounce house or water slide for a backyard party?
Yes, we can accommodate backyard parties! Just make sure the area is large enough to fit the inflatable, and the surface is flat and clear of obstacles.
7. What is the maximum weight limit for the inflatables?
Each inflatable has a weight limit, which varies by size and type. For most bounce houses, the limit is around 800-1000 lbs, and for water slides, it’s typically between 600-900 lbs. Please inquire about specific weight limits when booking.
8. Do you provide water for water slides?
You will need to supply your own water for the water slides. We recommend having a garden hose available near the setup location for easy access to water. Also If on well water we request it to be hooked to a water softener/ filtration system.
9. What if there is bad weather on the day of my event?
In the case of inclement weather, such as heavy rain or high winds, safety is our primary concern. If the weather is not suitable for inflatable use, we will work with you to reschedule or refund your deposit.
10. Can I pick up and set up the inflatable myself?
For safety and operational reasons, we do not allow customers to pick up or set up inflatables. Our trained staff will deliver, set up, and take down the equipment for you.
11. How much space do I need for a bounce house or water slide?
The required space depends on the inflatable you choose. On average, you will need a space that’s at least 15–20 feet wide and 15 feet deep for a standard bounce house. For larger water slides or combo units, more space may be required. We’ll help you choose the best option based on your venue.
12. Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
Delivery and setup are typically included in your rental price within our service area. However, additional fees may apply for longer distances, extra time, or special requests (e.g., requiring extra power sources).
13. Can I rent multiple inflatables for my event?
Absolutely! We offer discounts for multiple rentals. The more inflatables you rent, the better the deal. Contact us for pricing and package options.
14. Do you require a deposit to book a rental?
Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your rental. The deposit amount is typically 20–30% of the total rental price. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
15. How long can I rent an inflatable for?

16. What happens if the inflatable gets damaged?
We expect the inflatables to be used responsibly. If damage occurs due to misuse, you may be responsible for the repair costs. Please follow all safety guidelines to avoid accidents.
17. How do I cancel my reservation?
If you need to cancel, please give us at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may incur a cancellation fee.
18. Do you have insurance for your inflatables?
Yes, we carry full liability insurance for all of our inflatable rentals to ensure the safety of our clients and their guests.
19. Can I add a generator to my rental?
Yes, we offer generators for rent if your event location doesn’t have access to electricity. Please let us know when booking if you require a generator.
20. What safety precautions do you take?
All of our inflatables are regularly inspected for safety. We provide clear safety instructions, and our staff ensures the equipment is set up securely. Additionally, our inflatables come with safety features such as nets, ramps, and reinforced seam.
