At Waterslides Tents & Events, we know that life happens — and sometimes the weather doesn’t cooperate. We do our best to be flexible while also protecting our schedule and reserving top-quality inflatables just for your event. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking.

🌧️ Weather-Related Cancellations (24-Hour Notice Required)

Your safety is our top priority. If the forecast shows heavy rain, lightning, high winds (15+ mph), or flooding, you may cancel up to 24 hours before your event start time with no penalty.

You’ll have the option to:

• Reschedule your rental (subject to availability), or

• Receive a raincheck/credit good for 1 year from your original event date.

We do not set up in unsafe conditions including:

• Severe thunderstorms

• Strong winds

• Ongoing heavy rain

Important: Weather cancellations made less than 24 hours before your event are not eligible for a credit and will be treated as a standard cancellation.

🚫 Non-Weather-Related Cancellations

Need to cancel for a personal or scheduling reason? Here’s how we handle it:

• 48+ hours before event: Your deposit will become a credit valid for 1 year.

• Less than 48 hours before event: Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

⚠️ Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

If we are en route or arrive to find no one available at the setup location:

• You will be charged the full rental amount, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

💳 Deposit & Refund Policy

All rentals require a deposit to reserve your inflatable. Deposits are non-refundable, but weather-related cancellations with 24-hour notice will receive a full raincheck.

We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. Rainchecks are valid for 12 months from your original event date.
