At least one adult (18+) must supervise the inflatable at all times, with one adult required for every three minors.
Only allow the manufacturer-recommended number of participants at a time. Overloading can cause the inflatable to soften or become unsafe.
Setup location must be within 75 feet of a dedicated power outlet.
No household extension cords are allowed. If power is farther than 75 feet, a generator rental from us is required.
All obstacles (sprinklers, slopes, tree roots, fences, overhead lines, septic systems, etc.) must be disclosed within two days of booking. Additional fees may apply if undisclosed obstacles prevent normal setup.
No Silly String, pens, markers, crayons, baby oil, soap, belt buckles, sharp objects, shoes, food, drinks, gum, candy, lollipops, or balloons. Damage from prohibited items will result in cleaning or repair charges.
No pets on or near the inflatable. Pet claws can cause punctures, scratches, or stains.
No water on dry-only inflatables. Only inflatables marked as “water slides” or “wet/dry” may be used with water.
Weather Policy
At Waterslides Tents & Events, safety is the first priority. We follow all manufacturer guidelines, insurance requirements, and national inflatable safety standards.
All commercial inflatables have a maximum manufacturer wind rating of 15 mph.
If winds reach or are forecasted to reach 15 mph or higher at any point during your rental, the inflatable must be shut down immediately.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any rental if wind speeds are unsafe before delivery.
If winds increase during your rental, you are required to turn off the blower until the wind drops below 15 mph.
Inflatables cannot operate during:
Lightning (within 10 miles)
Thunderstorms
Heavy rain
Tornado watches or warnings
High wind gusts
Tropical storm conditions
Any weather the installer deems unsafe
If lightning or thunder occurs at any time:
All users must exit the inflatable immediately.
The blower must be turned off until the storm passes and it is safe to resume.
Light rain is acceptable as long as winds remain below 15 mph and there is no lightning or thunder.
Slides and climbing areas may become slippery in the rain; use caution.
Blowers must be kept protected from water at all times.
If severe weather is predicted before delivery, customers may:
Reschedule for a future date at no charge, or
Receive a raincheck credit for a future rental.
Once equipment has been delivered and set up:
No refunds or discounts are provided for weather-related shutdowns.
Customers are responsible for monitoring weather and stopping use when conditions become unsafe.
Shut off the blower immediately if wind reaches 15 mph or if lightning or thunder occurs.
Keep all guests away from the inflatable until conditions safely improve.
Ensure the inflatable is not used if the ground becomes overly saturated, slippery, or unstable.
